✓ OrderCheck Sales & purchase order review

FOR ONLINE SELLERS, WHOLESALERS & DISTRIBUTORS

Match what sold
with what you ordered.

Bring marketplace sales and supplier purchase orders into one review workspace. Match company SKUs, sizes and pack quantities, spot shortages and due-date differences, and keep corrections traceable.

Checking current beta availability…

01 / BRING YOUR FILES

Keep the formats you already receive

Import seller exports and supplier order files. Save column layouts for repeat use, then connect channel variants to your company catalogue together.

02 / FIND THE GAPS

See the right quantity in the right unit

Compare sales and purchase orders using the same SKU and EA quantity. Keep colors and sizes separate, convert confirmed packs, and check quantities by due date.

03 / FINISH THE WORK

Follow each difference through

Assign an owner, record the action and verify a correction with a new comparison. Save review evidence and create ERP files from that same saved batch when you are ready.

FICTIONAL EXAMPLE · SELECTED ORDERS

The totals can look close. The variants still need checking.

Company itemSales demandSupplier POCheck
Black T-shirt / M6 EA4 EA2 EA short in selected POs
Black T-shirt / L4 EA6 EA2 EA over in selected POs

The total is 10 on each side, but the size mix differs. OrderCheck keeps the variant-level difference and links back to the original order lines.

A comparison is not a purchasing instruction. Available stock and other inbound deliveries may cover a difference. Check scope and stock evidence before creating a purchase draft.

Set up variants in batches

Search unmapped options, inspect SKU suggestions and confirm multiple mappings with one shared source note. Explicitly set the EA quantity per sale unit.

Spend review time on exceptions

Review eligible normal orders together. Changes, cancellations, new notes, unknown statuses and unrecognized variants still need individual attention.

Prepare supplier purchase drafts

Enter verified available stock and additional inbound quantities, check the remaining need, and download a separate draft for each supplier. Nothing is sent automatically.

One review workflow for domestic and international sellers

Mapped CSV/XLSX order files: Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, WooCommerce and BigCommerce; Coupang, Naver Smart Store, 11st, Gmarket, Auction, Cafe24, Imweb and Makeshop; 4910, ABLY, Zigzag, MUSINSA, W Concept and 29CM. Other channels can use a custom saved layout when the required order and line IDs are present.

These are reusable file mappings, not certified native export presets or official partnerships. Check a representative seller export before relying on a layout.

Direct API beta and email receiving availability

Amazon, Shopify, Naver and Coupang adapters use seller-provided credentials and manual collection. Access depends on seller permissions and platform setup; Coupang live collection is blocked until outbound IP setup is verified. Public one-click installation and scheduled sync are not available.

Check current availability in Email intake after signing in. Company workspace required.

Use it with the tools your team already has

Save a review CSV first, then generate ERP files later from the same saved review. New orders and changes are separated. Revisions and cancellations must be applied to existing ERP orders, not imported as new ones.

Company and item codes, column order and date formats are configurable. Test the output in your ERP and record the result. File creation does not update your ERP or prove an order was submitted.

Supported source files and practical limits

Use XLSX or UTF-8 CSV. Unencrypted text PDFs are supported up to 5 MB, 10 pages and 2,000 order rows in total. Register the layout first. Every page must repeat identical column headers at the same header row. Rotated tables and scanned images are not supported. Text-heavy files may reach extraction limits sooner; split them or use XLSX.

No direct ERP posting, live stock lookup, price or tax calculations. No scanned PDF, photo or fax OCR. Convert XLS to XLSX. Use whole-number quantities in EA or BOX. Source data retains its original language.

Prices are in US dollars, per company workspace, billed monthly. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. No setup fee, annual commitment or automatic overage charge. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; registration and free trials never authorize a payment.

Every paid plan includes catalogue and column mapping, item and quantity checks, revision review, approval, supported text-PDF import, and CSV/XLSX export for ERP import. Set up your own catalogue and layouts. Standard product questions and bug reports are welcome; hands-on setup, file preparation and custom development are quoted separately.

How usage and limits work

One order with 100 item rows uses 100 rows. Paid usage resets on the first day of each calendar month in Korea time (UTC+9); it is separate from your subscription billing date. Customer limits count distinct customer names on newly processed orders in that month, not your entire address book. Free-trial usage is cumulative and does not reset monthly.

The same original order content is not charged again when you review, retry, re-upload or download it. Changed orders count their item rows again. Archiving or deleting records does not reset usage. At the limit, new imports are blocked; existing records and downloads remain available. There are no automatic overage charges. Pending invitations count toward the member limit. Selecting a future paid plan does not increase your current free-trial limits.

File limits apply to every plan: XLSX up to 10 MB; UTF-8 CSV or text PDF up to 5 MB; 2,000 order rows per file; 10,000 rows in the active workspace. Archive completed orders to make room. Text PDFs must be unencrypted, unrotated, up to 10 pages, with identical column headers at the same header row on every page. Text-heavy PDFs can reach extraction limits sooner. No scanned-PDF, photo or fax OCR. ERP output is a file handoff requiring a test in your target ERP; there is no direct connection or automatic entry. Prices, tax and stock are not calculated.

Start with a small, representative sample

Start with one seller export and one supplier order file, or a customer purchase order on its own. Map your catalogue, verify the source, and try the review-to-export workflow. Use fictional or redacted files for your first test.
